Although People have attached varied importance to the roles they play as family men or women and the careers they undertake , family is the most important as careers are very vital in maintaining family life . This has led to people being successful in either one of the roles they play while failing terribly in the other (Susan M . Shaw , 2008 . Many people in neighborhood view me as the busy mom fully occupied by career stress and tensions of family life . I am stronger and more composed than an idle single unemployed bachelor who awaits month end from the first day to collect her unemployed benefits . It ‘s a big challenge but so inspiring .The passion to excel in one of the fields consequently outweighs the need to pursue the other and a person henceforth ignores crucial duties he or she is supposed to undertake and it is this failure I wish to address in my study .
